Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777cz ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") concerning your access to and use of the 777cz online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://777cz.cam and all associated services, features and content.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any casino game or otherwise using the 777cz platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

777cz is an English-language platform designed for users who choose to access it. The platform displays all balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users located in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 777cz platform, created by completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in PKR.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game stake, or other real-money game participation placed through the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback or other incentive offered to Users subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, software, data feeds, odds, results and other materials available on the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals or as otherwise requested by the platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which Account balances and transactions are displayed on 777cz.
• "Platform" means the 777cz website, mobile interface, applications and all associated services.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion features available within a User's Account.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, live casino, promotional and support services provided through the platform.

Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator or the applicable licensing jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person of full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any employee of 777cz or its associated companies, technology providers or game suppliers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or database applicable to this platform.
• You must not have had a previous Account with 777cz that was closed for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or any other policy violation.

Users accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that applicable local laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling. 777cz does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan. The platform does not claim authorisation, endorsement or licensing from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory authority. Users participate entirely at their own legal risk.

Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one Account on the 777cz platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777cz will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

777cz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time the platform deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of funds if fraud or policy breach is confirmed.

Terms of Use

By using the 777cz platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following standards of acceptable use at all times:

5.1 Permitted Use

• Accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Placing bets and participating in casino games using funds legitimately deposited into your Account.
• Using Responsible Gambling Tools available within your Account settings to manage your play.
• Contacting support through authorised channels with genuine enquiries.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs or pricing errors to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or coordinated betting intended to defraud the platform.
• Using another person's Account or payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

5.3 System Integrity

777cz reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is reasonable evidence that a technical error, data feed failure or software malfunction affected the result. Displayed odds and game outcomes are not guaranteed until formally settled. The platform's decision on such matters is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account transactions — deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with processing timeframes, are displayed in the live cashier section of your Account and may be updated periodically.

6.1 Deposits

Funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The platform references local payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. Availability of specific methods must be confirmed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. These payment providers do not endorse, support or affiliate themselves with gambling activities.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and internal fraud and AML checks. Processing timeframes are indicated in the cashier and may vary depending on the selected method and verification status. 777cz reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

6.3 Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while your 777cz Account holds a positive balance, or after winnings have been credited, is considered fraudulent conduct. 777cz reserves the right to recover funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.

Bonuses & Promotions

777cz may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds requirements and expiry periods are detailed in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, low-risk covering strategies, or any other conduct that 777cz reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in Account closure. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely with 777cz.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible users only, as specified in each promotion. 777cz reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino game stakes placed on 777cz are subject to the platform's published betting rules. Users are advised to review the applicable rules for each sport, market and game type before placing a wager.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. 777cz reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

8.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, human error or data feed failure, 777cz reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account. The platform's decision on pricing error voids is final.

8.3 Match Abandonment & Postponement

Rules governing abandoned, postponed or rescheduled events — including Pakistan Super League matches, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and other sports — are set out in the platform's sport-specific betting rules. In general, bets on events that do not commence within a specified period from the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless settlement rules specify otherwise.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and aggregate daily winnings limits apply. These limits are specified in the platform's betting rules section and may vary by sport, market type and bet size. 777cz is not liable for paying winnings in excess of published limits, regardless of the displayed potential return at the time of bet placement.

Responsible Gambling

777cz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. Users are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Gambling should be entertaining. If gambling stops being enjoyable or begins to affect your finances, relationships or wellbeing, please use the responsible gambling tools in your Account settings or contact our support team. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cz platform — including but not limited to software, interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, odds data, game content and audio-visual materials — is the property of 777cz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 777cz.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, cache, frame or mirror any portion of the platform, nor to reverse-engineer any software or system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cz, its directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or computer or system failures.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777cz makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its content, including odds data or game outcomes.

Account Suspension & Termination

777cz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request requiring Account closure or freezing of funds.

Where an Account is closed for a material breach, 777cz reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the Account balance in accordance with the specific breach and applicable law. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request with no outstanding obligations, the available balance will be returned via the User's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cz is incorporated and licensed. Users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions acknowledge that cross-border disputes may be subject to the laws of that governing jurisdiction rather than their own local law.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the platform's records and system logs shall constitute primary evidence of the transaction, unless demonstrably shown to be erroneous. Users should contact support via email or live chat in the first instance. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority, details of which are available on request from the support team.

Amendments

777cz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any changes.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
